Why we exist
Hiring in the MENA region is broken. Job seekers send hundreds of CVs into recruitment agency black holes. Employers receive a torrent of unrelated applications because their listing was reposted by 12 different agencies. Both sides waste weeks.
The Hiring Club removes the middleman. Every job is posted by the company that's actually hiring. Every applicant goes straight to that company. The result: faster hiring, cleaner pipelines, and honest matches.
How it works
- For candidates: Create one profile, upload one CV, browse verified jobs across MENA. Apply with one click — no recruiter messages, no resubmitting forms.
- For employers: Verify your company once, post unlimited jobs, review candidates directly. Talent pool access for proactive sourcing. No commission, no per-hire fees.
- Anonymous when needed: Confidential roles can be posted without revealing the employer until shortlist stage — useful for exec searches or sensitive replacements.
What we don't do
- We don't scrape jobs from other sites.
